Question 1 - What is the number one way to fight for your family?

Colossians 1:9 “We ask God to give you complete knowledge of his will and to give you spiritual wisdom and understanding.”

Hebrews 4:12 - For the word of God is alive and active. Sharper than any two edged sword, it penetrates even to dividing soul and spirit, joints and marrow; it judges the thoughts and attitudes of the heart.

Psalm 119:105 Your word is a lamp unto my feet and a light unto my path.

Question 2 - What role can a woman play in fighting for her family? How does the role differ from that of a man?

Proverbs 12:20 - “Joy fill hearts that are planning peace.”

1 Peter 3:1-4 - “You should clothe yourselves instead with the beauty that comes from within, the unfading beauty of a gentle and quiet spirit, which is so precious to God.”

Ephesians 5:1-2 - “Follow Gods example therefore as dearly loved children, and walk in the way of love just as Christ loved us and gave himself up for us as a fragrant offering and sacrifice to God.”

Question 3 - What do you say to women that think, it’s easy for you to say…you have the perfect marriage and a husband who loves God and leads you so well…

2 Corinthians 3:12 - “…Therefore having such a hope we use great boldness.”

Question 4 - What if you feel like you've already lost ground or your family is spiraling out of control? You don't even know where to start to begin to fight for your family?

Lamentations 3:22-23 - “The steadfast love of the Lord never ceases, His mercies never come to an end. They are new every morning.”

Q3: God wants us to know we fight from a position of strength and we have a great HOPE in Christ. When we feel like we have failed, how do these verses encourage us to move forward?

Q4: “Authentic Community” means that we are very real with each other as our faith grows in Christ and in one another as genuine friends. How do you think your group can encourage one another in the fight for your family and marriage?
